Final choice of prints

I chose to print my finals from the film shoots as I thought they had more character. I cropped one of the photos from the shot of Natasha of i was really pleased with the shadows of the coke on her neck, the expression and how well you could see the coke spraying (aswell as the milkshake on her chin.) This is a rough crop I took more time with the final, even though when i changed the image size of the final to the same as the other prints, to make it fit the piece of paper it had slightly changed the size so it is slightly different to the others. I am pleased with my outcomes, i did want to shoot another person but the person i wanted kept cancelling and it was too late. I think I should have planned my first shoot abit better so the shots were more similar especially as in the second shoot the model was standing in the same place so the images were more consistant. I wish we'd had longer to do this as i would like to explore this idea more as it was fun and liked the idea of doing something humorous on a subject that bothers people. I like to think of this project and as abit of a slap in the face or laughing at the face of disgust when someone sees it. With this project I wanted to show the contrast of girls looking pretty along side a photo of them doing something quite disgusting, I wanted to show people the "laddish" side to girls which I think our society and men in particular dont want to see and girls feel like they can't show despite men being able to do disgusting things such as spitting, being aggressive, burping etc. It was a liberation thing.
